This redesign of the rooftop amenity space for a luxury apartment community provides an oasis in the heart of Midtown Atlanta.  The objective was to highlight its unique location and city views while providing residents with an attractive location to gather and meet their neighbors.  One challenge was to maintain access to existing stairs and elevators to accommodate code requirements.  Rarely-used tennis courts were removed to allow for an elevated hot tub,  a pavilion with abundant seating, an attractive arbor with trellis, bocce ball court and one remaining tennis court.
